Margaret Reeves is managing director of RefTech, a technology and software company that provides an online registration and event management platform, onsite registration services including badging services and appointment setting software for conferences and exhibitions. With a background in finance and sales, Margaret is an established and effective business leader who takes a people first approach to running a business. She joined RefTech in 2011 and swiftly moved through the ranks to become Financial Director, then was invited to become a shareholder and managing director. Her door is always open to her team and she takes a keen interest in mental health and employee wellbeing.
