Kevin has an extensive background in food & drink hospitality management and currently hold’s the post as Sustainability Director for Levy Restaurants UK, and has spent time in some of the UK&I leading Confex venues including, ExCeL London, TheCCD, QEII, EICC and the QEII, as well as supporting other key Levy sites operationally.

After the successful strategic and operational delivery of COP26 within the Blue Zone at the SEC it has been fulfilling for Kevin to continue to build on lessons learned to develop an operational and cultural plan to deliver Levy’s Climate promise of 2027

Recognised as a strong and motivational leader who can build, manage, train and develop high performing teams committed to achieving client & organisational objectives, which will be key in his bottoms up approach to Levy’s implementation plan within a large corporate organisation, which Kevin will share with us.
