Tech Demo: Iventis

Iventis is a collaborative visual planning platform developed specifically for event suppliers, organisers, consultants and venues.

The Iventis Planner is designed to simplify the operational planning and delivery process of events, venues and functional areas, regardless of their scale or complexity; from mega, major and local events to specialised disciplines such as transport, workforce, crowd management and more. It facilitates planning and collaboration among your internal team and external agencies, delivery partners, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone can work together effectively on the most up-to-date plans.

Demo attendees will be given a tour of the Iventis Planner and learn how to:
Create event site, venue, and operational plans using scaled 3D models
Collaborate with team members on plans in real-time
Share entire plans, or particular operational aspects, with internal and external stakeholders
Consolidate plans to track, estimate, and analyse costs to identify efficiency savings and mitigate risk
