How employee ownership can enhance event companies’ sustainability vision

Sledge recognised the need to drastically evolve its model if it was to achieve its sustainability vision, goals and roadmap, and knew that its people needed to be aligned and onboard with the vision. Following extensive research, this prompted the transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) model in November 2022.
